Effective August 27, 2026
These standards apply to the Flaret app, published by Flaret Labs LLC. They prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on Flaret. They supplement our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Flaret has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including any visual depiction, photo, video, generated imagery, text, or other content that sexually exploits a minor. This includes creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, storing, or promoting CSAM, as well as grooming, trafficking, or any other conduct that endangers children.
This content and conduct is illegal. It is banned on Flaret. We will remove it, restrict or terminate the responsible account, and report it to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Flaret is only for people who are 18 or older. Users must provide a date of birth and confirm they are 18+ during onboarding. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will delete it and related personal information.
Flaret provides an in-app way to report child safety concerns and other prohibited content. Open a person’s profile and use the flag/report control. You can also block a user so they no longer appear to you. Reports are reviewed by our team.
You may also email child safety concerns to [email protected].
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on Flaret, we take action that includes:
Removing the content from the app so it is no longer visible to users.
Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating the responsible account.
Preserving relevant records as required for a legal or safety investigation.
Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority, in accordance with applicable law.
Flaret Labs LLC complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and report CSAM to the authorities required in the jurisdictions where we operate.
